Salt & Tide started with a simple idea: bring the Gulf to the table. We source the freshest catch from local fishermen, pair it with seasonal produce from Southwest Florida farms, and serve it in a space that feels like the best dinner party you’ve ever been to.
Day-boat catches from Everglades City and Goodland. Oysters shucked to order. Fish so fresh it was swimming this morning.
House-made syrups, fresh-squeezed citrus, and local spirits. Our bar program is built around what grows in Florida and what tastes best with salt air.
Our menu evolves with the seasons. Partnerships with farms in Immokalee and Buckingham keep every plate rooted in what’s ripe and ready.
